Post not able to connect with prism
I'm receiving a message "reflector connection currently down" when I try to connect. Is this something related to my system or is there maintenance or problems with the goprism website?

Post Re: not able to connect with prism
Is your Event Log showing anything (like errors) related to the Prism connection? If so, what does it show?

Try stopping and restarting (Indigo 2->Stop Server) your Indigo Server to see if that helps it reestablish a connection. Indigo should always make sure the connection is up. If it breaks for some reason, Indigo Server should rebuild it after 2 minutes (or at most 15 minutes). It'll show in the Event Log if it is trying to do this.

Regards,
Matt

I"m currently at the office and was logging on remotely so I'm not able to check the log at the moment.

Hi Thomas -- were you ever able to check the Event Log?

Yes I was able to check it and there were no errors indicated. I restarted the server and the problem disappeared.
