Hi Matt,

How long until we see an iPhone control page built into Indigo?

Thanks,
Martin.

Hi Martin,

It will not be in the 3.0 release (about to be kicked out the door). It is a high priority feature for the following release.

Maybe someone is interested in what I have created as a control page :)

Image

This one shows the STARt Page ;) The green ones are what I call "Presets" these will execute multiple actions later on. Like a sleep mode, or getting up mode... the Partymode will turn on special lights and call the iTunes Music jukebox :) The Chill mode is goind to dim the lights, maybe close the windows and start some music my girlfriend enjoys.... ;)
underneath there is a row of software buttons which will start the software und underneath these, there are buttons to turn on some devices wie IRTrans.

This one shows the Front Row Remote. As you can see, the Remote Section addes a new bar which makes it possible to select a specific remote control.

The Lights Tab actualle shows a plan of my room and a list of devices.

The most funny thing is, I am working with the 30 day trial... and I dont have any X10 hardware... or IR Trans.... not even a dvd player :D Right now I really just try for the near future... Does anyone Know if I can still use my data and everything i created after the 30 days? I hope so... Oh yeah, what do u think about my interface? :)

Updated Front Row

Yes, after the 30 day trial is up Indigo Server will enter a disabled mode but all your data is still there and accessible once you enter a purchased registration code.

iPhone Controll Pages

Matt,

In this thread you mention "... it will not be in the 3.0 release (about to be kicked out the door). It is a high priority feature for the following release. "

Is their anyway that we can be informed as to the progress of this? Has anyone (reg forum users) created control pages that can be downloaded very easily, I would even pay for one

Thank you!

Re: iPhone Controll Pages

I'll post a public beta on the forum as soon as it is available.

This post has an iPhone background and a few buttons you can use for Device States and Variable Values.

Regards,
Matt

So is that beta weeks, months or years out? :) I'm a big fan of playing with betas during the cold winter months!

If it comes out during the winter, I'll have lots more time to beta test it for you, if that's any incentive....

Beautiful! I'd love to see a native iPhone automation controller app that looked like that. :)

P.S. you spelled receiver wrong. ;)
