Try shutting down your iPhone and restarting it.
If that doesn't help, then delete Indigo Touch from your iPhone AND from iTunes, sync your iPhone, download Indigo Touch again, and see if it works.
The failure was instant...it flashed and immediately went back to the iPhone icons...no communication errors, messages or anything.
I deleted the app from the iPhone and resync'd the non-upgraded version from iTunes. That worked ok, so then I did the 1.5 upgrade again...and this time it all worked OK!
